Mark Kelly, PhD, is a technology executive with over 20 years of expertise driving innovation at the intersection of advanced semiconductor systems, artificial intelligence (AI), IoT, and digital transformation. As Vice President at Eaton’s Centre for Intelligent Power in Dublin, Ireland, he leads Eaton’s global AI strategy, embedding intelligence into product architectures and shaping the future of intelligent power management.

Before joining Eaton, Dr. Kelly served as Principal Engineer and Lab Director at Intel Labs, where he spearheaded R&D efforts in industrial IoT and edge computing. His leadership in developing Intel’s IoT platforms drove substantial revenue growth and positioned the company as a leader in connected technologies.

An authority in AI, semiconductor architecture, and embedded systems, Dr. Kelly holds more than 100 patents spanning semiconductor design, networking, and AI technologies. His contributions to the field have earned him numerous accolades, including AI Leader of the Year (2023), a CES Innovation Award (2018), and recognition for the Multinational Software Project of the Year (2014).

Dr. Kelly earned his PhD in Computer Science from University College Dublin, specialising in Wireless Systems. He also holds an MSc in Computer Science from the same institution and a BSc in Computer Science from Dublin City University.

As senior vice president of mobility group at Eaton, Scott Adams is responsible for leading all aspects of the business, leveraging expertise from Eaton’s Electrical and Vehicle Groups for the development of electrified components and power management technology for automotive and commercial vehicles. Scott joined Eaton in 1994 as a project engineering manager and has held numerous positions of increasing scope over his 26-year career with the company. Most recently, he was senior vice president, Product Strategy, Sales and Marketing, eMobility, where he was responsible for developing and executing Eaton’s electrification growth strategy. Scott holds a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan, a master's degree in engineering from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan. Scott is currently based in Southfield, Michigan.

Christopher D. Hess is vice president of global public affairs at Eaton. Chris works cross-functionally with Eaton businesses to develop the company’s strategic position on global regulatory, legislative and government issues.  He advises Eaton stakeholders on complex global policy issues including, but not limited to aerospace, defense, energy transition, trade, taxation, and government programs and procurement.  Hess also works with Eaton technology teams to obtain millions in research and development funding from government programs in the US/Europe and leads Eaton’s initiatives to promote policies that will enable digital transformation and energy transition. Chris currently serves on the board of directors for multiple organizations including the Western Reserve Land Conservancy and the Ohio Manufacturers Association (OMA) and is an active member of several trade associations included the Aerospace Industries Association, National Association of Manufacturers (NAM), and the National Electrical Manufactures Association (NEMA).
